  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 business days. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs fees may apply based on your country's regulations. On average please allow up to 21 days to receive your order.

  • Yes! Special packaging and gift wrapping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please include a note at checkout or contact us directly to request this service.

  • At this time, we are not accepting custom design requests. Thank you for your understanding.

  • We strive to minimize waste by working with print-on-demand services and using small-batch production methods. Our approach supports sustainability and reduces overproduction.

  • Prices on our website reflect standard retail costs. Redbubble occasionally applies discounts for bulk purchases or promotional offers that do not appear on our site & which I cannot replicate on our website. To directly support our business and help us grow, we encourage shopping via our website, where profit margins are more favourable to supporting our small independent business.   • The discounts available on Redbubble, such as bulk purchase offers or artist promotional pricing, are determined by Redbubble and are beyond our control. Unfortunately, these cannot be mirrored on our website at this time. However, we are actively working towards creating a more seamless pricing structure across platforms to provide a consistent shopping experience for our customers. Shopping directly through our website ensures that you’re supporting our small business in the most impactful way, helping us grow and continue creating unique, heartfelt designs.   • All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your product, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • All orders are £20 minimum. We currently have an offer for the first 20 customers with orders of £30 or over who will receive a small zipper pouch in expression of gratitude for your supporting. Please note this offer will close as soon as we have granted 20 customers or by 15th January 2025.

  • Yes! Orders over £60 will receive 2 surprise gift items, and orders over £100 will receive 3 surprise gift items as a thank-you for your support. This applies to UK Orders only.

  • All MCMC Collection products are designed with love and crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. We are a slow practicing and small business, prioritizing care and attention to every piece. As we grow, we are determined to producing high quality materials through eco-friendly methods.

  • Pricing: There may be differences in pricing between our website and Redbubble due to discounts or promotions offered directly by Redbubble. We encourage ordering through our website to support us directly, as it offers better margins for sustaining and growing our business.

  • Shipping Process: To maintain cost-efficiency and reduce waste, we utilize Redbubble for printing and dropshipping. This temporary measure allows us to bring our designs to you while we build the capital to expand our operations.

  • Order Fulfilment: Please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure every order meets our quality standards.
